World Gold Council Jewelry Design Contest awarded both in Earring and Brooch/Pendant in 1996.

Designed for major jewelry houses in Hong Kong from 1992 to 2000.

Launch of Dora Tam Design in 2001.
Dora's perception of jewelry: "I look at jewelry as wearable object d'art. I believe the value of jewelry piece does not come from the intrinsic value of the gemstones it uses, or the metal it is made. Instead, it comes from its artistic value."





In 2002, Tam recognized the need for high quality custom designed corporate gifts and her avant garde designs has soon met with resounding acceptance.

Besides of Tam's own jewelry collections, the Dora Tam Design gifts & jewelry shop is also the sole Macau distributor of several world class designer labels.
